Our inheritance
Genesis 1:28 Be fruitful and multiply, fill the earth and subdue it, have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air and over every living thing that moves on the earth. (NKJV)
Revelation 1:8 “I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End”, says the Lord, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.” (NKJV)

John 10:10 I have come that they might have life and that they might have it more abundantly. (NKJV)
Jeremiah 6:16 This is what the LORD says: “Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls. (NIV)
Commentary
God is King over the whole earth - He is the King of Glory and the Ancient of Days. His heart is for the nations, and the destiny DNA he has put within every nation. It is about the deep wells of fullness that he is bringing forth. It is about memorial stones and remembering what he has done in the nations as that speaks of what he is going to do, showing us what is to come.
Honouring our inheritance means drawing upon the rich resources of our Godly heritage, families, nations and identity as sons of God. God’s blessing and design has always been there, but may need uncovering. No one and nothing is outside of his blessing.
At the Cross Jesus restored our place in the family of God, reestablishing the goodness of God throughout creation - the same goodness that was originally present in the garden. Genesis 1 describes the first governance meeting on earth between Father, Jesus, Holy Spirit, Adam and Eve. So the Government of Heaven on earth is foundational to our inheritance and responsibility as sons of God.
