GOD’S LOVE.
We declare that Heaven’s Government on earth is founded in GOD’S LOVE.
God’s Love, freely given, is the foundation of the world and restores all things.
Key Scripture: 1 John 4:16
God is love
1 John 4:16-19 And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him. Love has been perfected among us in this: that we may have boldness on the day of judgement; because as He is, so are we in this world. There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love. We love Him because He first loved us. (NKJV)
1 Corinthians 13: 4-13 Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails… And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love. (NKJV)
God so loved the world
John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. (NKJV)
God is restoring the world to himself.
2 Corinthians 5:18-21 Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation, that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation. Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God. For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. (NKJV)
Commentary
As God’s very nature is love, everything* is founded in His love, including the government of heaven.
*The word ‘cosmos’ translated in John 3:16 as ‘world’ means ‘everything other than God’. We can be assured this includes all people, all creation and all world systems. Being founded in God’s love, everything can be infused with His love and restored.
